I think Carr is overrated and top 15-20 at best. With the weapons he has I really can't believe some of his miserable inexcusable performances. They couldn't even cross midfield until the last 2:00 of the Saints game???

What's odd is last year he played like a champ. Gruden out and interim in and the players had to hold it down he played a big role in that. I can say I haven't watched much Raiders this year so I don't know what's going on. Seems to me which is more likely.. does Carr suddenly suck or is McD not an NFL HC?

Carr is just playing for a paycheck, he ain't trying to be great.
Raiders need a reboot with a new QB. Maybe Jimmy G?

Raiders 2019 1st round safety, Johnathan Abram cut. Should we try signing him? We've had some luck turning around former Raiders like Arden Key. And god knows we can use another safety for depth. I think this is Jimmie Ward's last year of his current contract.

Ward is so much better than Abraham, huge pass as a starter. What a clown show drafting Gruden and Mayock was

For the time being, yes. But what if we can't resign Jimmie for next year with all the money we need to fork out for Bosa? We will need to develop some other options. Couldn't hurt to bring in Abraham and see if he's just been getting bad coaching.
