That along with food poisoning. Every time I hear that one I know the player was out late drinking. These guys are highly paid and get meal money. They can afford to eat in good restaurants but they still get food poisoning which is actually pretty rare.

I have had real food poisoning. And let me tell you, buddy, you don't want it. You go from hot to cold continuously over a 24-48 hr period of time and spend time going back and forth from puking your guts out to defecating at a pace that would make "old faithful blush". All of this while hooked up to an IV that you have to drag around with you as you go from the dukes to the pukes.
