No. I remember everyone saying we should have drafted Aaron Rodgers since we were his favorite team and he went to school in the area and is from the area. He was just as good as Alex and had already played in a pro-style offense.

Yeah me too. I wanted Edwards in 2005 then Leinart or Cutler in 2006.

Guess everything happens for a reason. Good thing Alex is turning it around. I don't think Edwards would have succeeded here. Cutler would have said f you to Nolan and been gone. Who knows with Leinart.
