No no that can't be right. Combine workout has gotta be closer to say between 95-100%

Well it is a fan poll. You might be right if they polled the actual raider staff.

And really, when you think about it, the fans probably could run the team better than the staff. It's not like they can do any worse.

Sources: Janikowski, Raiders agree
The Oakland Raiders and Sebastian Janikowski reached agreement Tuesday morning on the richest kicking contract in NFL history, according to league sources.

Janikowski will sign a four-year, $16 million contract that includes $9 million in guaranteed money, sources said. It also removes arguably the top kicker from the free-agent market. Other notable free agent kickers are expected to include Cincinnati's Shayne Graham and the New York Jets' Jay Feely.

In 10 seasons, all with the Raiders, Janikowski has scored 1,000 points, converting 78.4 percent of his field goal attempts (229 of 292) and 313 of 316 extra-point attempts. He scored 95 points in 2009.

Really? For a kicker, i hate all kickers those worthless f**ks shouldnt make more than 1 million a year tops.

Mother Says Darrius Heyward-Bey Making "Great Strides"

A Raiders assistant coach who watches WR Darrius Heyward-Bey closely said she saw the seventh overall pick in 2009 improve over the course of the season, despite totaling only nine catches for 124 yards and one touchdown. "Darrius made some great strides," wide receivers coach Vivian Heyward-Bey told PFW.

"He really focuses on attention to detail. (He's a) very good route runner. He improved in all respects. He's a real student of the game. He could tell you what every position does at receiver. … (He has a) great work ethic. He worked on everything every day. He came and caught the ball extra before practice, after practice, between practices. He did everything we asked of him. He'll have a good future if he keeps doing that."

The Raiders were highly criticized for drafting Heyward-Bey, who missed the last five games of the season with a foot injury, ahead of Michael Crabtree, who was selected 10th by the 49ers.
