The story is that ESPN doesn't want to lose access to Ben by covering this civil suit.
Thoughts?

lol at this getting no media, and kobe's becoming the number 1 thing talked about when it happened. this obviously sounds less credible, but wtf?

Dude, never assume that the guy is innocent all the time. Rape is one of the most low things a human being can do to another. We hardly know anything about Ben R's character, so don't make assumptions either way.
While agree with your general statement, I'm gonna' side with ATG on this one.
Gold digging b*tch.

Kobe was criminally charged with rape Ben was not. Plenty of athletes have gone thru civil suits of rape with little media attention (Eddie Curry, Jerome Bettis).
I'm not going to speculate on whether or not Ben raped her but unless she's hiding a dress like Monica did I doubt she gets anything from this.

I find it strange that women would not go to the police immediately after

Just read the dilly
She was indeed a hostess when Ben was at the casino she says she didn’t want to tell authorities cause she thought the other staff would cover for Ben.
Ben is not the only one there are 8 other guys she is going after also.

I find it hard to beleive that her fellow CO WORKERS would take the back of some athlete they don't know. If anything the security would jump at the chance to take down this famouse man for raping one of their own. Like "who the f**k does he think he is" mentality. Plus they are in reno, not pitssburg.
