Oher Agrees to a 5 Year Deal

What a great draft pick by Ozzie Newsome. Top 10 talent available at 22. Oher along with Gaither will make a good duo for years to come.

As a player, I've always considered Ozzie one of my favorite non-9ers, and watching him succeed in the front office is all good, IMO.

That being said, F**K the Ravens/Modell for ditching Cleveland.

I've been to Ohio more than any state not named Cali and Nevada. I had tons of step-family in Cleveland and went every other year (starting in '83) for a decade and a 1/2. As a result I've always had a soft-spot for the Browns and Tribe.

Also, my only non-9er football jersey is this one...

That would be kickass, but, realistically, probably not. That step-family has been ex-step-family for a decade now.

Rams agreed to terms with No. 2 overall pick Jason Smith on a multi-year contract.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. He's expected to sign for a bigger package than last year's No. 1 overall pick Jake Long's five-year, $57.5 million deal with $30 million guaranteed. Smith is penciled in as the starting right tackle. Jul. 30 - 6:31 pm et
