The Super Bowl doesn't end in a tie. In the playoffs, they keep going until there is a winner.

Thanks, so they go into a double overtime or overtime has no time limit?

I think they just keep playing sudden death 15 minute quarters until it's over.

Punt, pass, and kick to decide the winner.

"For overtime, the same rules apply as they do in the 4th quarter"
thats what the refs usually say, so two minutes warnings
and I think all challenges come from the booth

I know overtime rules, I am asking about the Superbowl. I've never even thought about what happens in a Superbowl overtime.

There are no ties in the playoffs, someone will ultimately win regardless of time.
