Why are they signin all these old dudes like housh and edge? especially with edge, didnt they already learn how fast running backs decline with shaun alexander? anyone find out how long their startin center spencer is out for?

That must be why they signed Edgerin James, to replace a run down 30 something has been RB.

Even with the Edge signing, the Seahawks biggest problem is on the offensive line. Jones may be out for the season, Spencer is out 4-6 weeks, and they need to find some backups in a big hurry. Let's hope these problems persist.........

Seahawks claimed OL Brian De La Puente off waivers from the Chiefs.
The Seattle Times calls De La Puente "a guard and tackle." The 'Hawks' line is already in terrifically bad shape, but it'll be even uglier if the 6'2/308-pounder gets reps outside. Ideally, De La Puente won't be on the roster.
