I hate my personalized authentic jersey. Has my last name on it and I don't wanna wear it.

My mom bought me one last year for christmas with my high school number. It was a nice gesture but inside I would rather have had a Gore or Willis Jersey. I didnt tell her of course but I think its kinda cheesey. I have still never worn it since that christmas day.

If my Mom did that for me I'd have a John Taylor jersey.

Thats cool, so your # in HS was 84 and your last name is Taylor? My HS # was 80, to bad my last name isnt Rice! lol

All credibility has been shot. John Taylor was a WR and wore #82. Brent Jones was a TE and wore #84

BAN, BAN, BAN, BAN
doesnt bother me to see other niner jerseys. who cares if theyve been washed? just means theyve been enjoyed for years. i always wear a shirt under mine so they dont get sweat on em but if someone wants to wear an old jersey its fine with me. those players were niners so why not? i have a garrison hearst jersey that ive had since middle school but its a little small. i would still wear it if it fit. i used to see some poor kid in highschool wearing a rashaun woods jersey but i figure, this guys just die hard and he went out and bought the jersey when it came out so i cant hate on the guy

guess it was a bad joke. I was insinuating you were calling me Stoney. My bad won't happen again
My favorite jersey is my #82 Eric Johnson jersey. Last year I got lucky and I could play it off as a Bryant Johnson jersey. It doesn't hurt that my last name is Johnson so it will never lack meaning.
Some view old worn jerseys of players long since gone as sort of a badge of persistence. Personally, I couldn't care less so long as they're not being disrespectful about it.
WOW

What the f**k are you kidding people make me sick. why the hell would that bother anyone? sorry not everyone is as fortunate as you all and cant just buy new jerseys

People....
if im not just wearing a niner t shirt, i will at least wear red...im not a huge fan of wearing jerseys..

i think most people look like idiots wearing jerseys that look like moo moo's, the few jerseys i own, are all either Medium or Large Youth size, and only the medium actually fits tightly the way i like shirts...why cant they just make regular size jerseys instead of making a medium the equivalent of XXXL in all other forms of apparel?

because jersey's shouldn't look like this when worn

I agree and disagree. I like throwbacks if they are hall of fame players like Lott, Rice, Montana and Young but I hate seeing A Carter , Peterson, Barlow jersey's that's just dumb.
