swarming defense. 4 sacks. lots of pressure. swagger. I dunno, they look tough. they don't look soft. coverage is decent too.
I know it's pre season, but there is lots of disruption too.

and if course they shouldn't scare you. they're not the boogie man. just a football team. but you have no concerns that our o-line my struggle with their front 7, huh? did you watch that game-more specifically their starting defense?

They are a team which sometimes plays too fast. They blitz a lot and over pursue. We can use all this against them by running a lot of screens, misdirections and counters. Our TE's will be open in the middle of the field because the LBers vacate their area to bring pressure. Hill is going to have to get the ball out quick and not hold onto it. If he can do it, Arizona's defense is going to get frustrated and pissed. They will commit penalties by trying to do too much. My worry about this team is stopping them when they go to the 3 and 4 wr sets. Some how we have to find pressure because that is the key to stopping them.

awesome reply! i agree. and this is another reason why i am happy that hill got the start. smith holds on to the ball too long. also, he is not so smooth or accurate on the screen passes.
i think we will have a secondary that will match up good to their 3 and 4 WR sets.
that front 7 is tough though. let's hope that we can run the ball at them.
