some giant fan just told me via facebook that he would rather have nine people on the giants d over Willis lol. then he only names webster,phillips,pierce,umenyoria,tuck, and canty over willis. beside that being completely insane its only six.lol

only people i would take out of that list is umenyoria and Tuck

This. And that is not a homer statement. There are maybe a few guys at his level, but nobody that is far and away better than him. Anybody disputing that just doesn't understand how good PW is, and most likely it's because he's on the Niners.

exactly. a few i would consider are haloti ngata, dwight freeney, polamalu, reed, and haynesworth.

That's just stupid fan talk; non-objective fans are prone to saying things that completely go against any sort of logic or reasoning. Willis is easily in the top 5 or 6 defensive players in the NFL today. And if you have any doubts about that, then watch yesterday's game again – Willis was an absolute beast. Also keep in mind that he’s still quite young and has a long career ahead of him that is almost certainly going to lead him to the Hall of Fame. The simple fact of the matter is that there isn't a single team in football who wouldn't love to have him on their roster.

Willis is the #1 ILB and definetely a top 3 linebacker.
