Yes, for HD you have to buy superfan which was free last week. I called, was on hold for 20 mins and the girl said there were over 900 people on hold and the system was choking but she fixed mine.
So call them to get it activated?
i can't see the titans and texans game....says not available in my area can anyone else see it in nfl ticket? my local is showing the jets pats game so im just curious wtf happened

What! Are you serious? I have never had to buy superfan to get the HD channels. An extra $100 you have to be kidding me!

Yeah, this is BS. I was on hold (and disconnected and disconnected... and disconnected) for over an hour.

As if $300 isn't enough. I already bought the HD receiver and pay for that service, now an extra $100. f**k Directv! I've had it with them. I used to praise their service, but this is just insane.

On top of that, for some of the games, the quality is worse than regular cable.

This is robbery!

Trust me, never buy direct tv. I had direct tv for a few months (with NFL ticket) and canceled everything cause it caused me more headaches having them as my cable provider..

direct tv is a rip off
worse customer service ever
shady business practices

You can watch any NFL games many other ways without shelling out $300...

all ya just got ripped off by direct tv.

Enjoy your tiny image online streaming, crowded sports bar with no sound, or whatever else you can think of.

I had a lot of similar issues with DirecTV. It really is frustrating.

but since I live out of state and have 3 very young kids, it's not realistic to go to some crappy bar and shill out $20 in food/drinks to watch the game. If I'm spending $300 at the bars, I may as well watch the game at home in HD on my 61" and surround sound.

It would be really nice if they had the preseason games live like the regular season. That kinda ticks me off too.
