Tough one between Brady and Manning but I would have to go with Peyton Manning

Anyway here is my top 5 QBs of this decade

Peyton Manning IND
Tom Brady NE
Drew Brees SD, NO
Kurt Warner STL, NYG, ARI
Rich Gannon OAK

RB's is even tougher. Too bad not one great RB of the decade has any Rings...what does that tell you?

I guess it would be Tomlinson?

While I respect the Rings argument, I think there is a BIG BIG BIG difference between One vs None. So when Brady was 3-0 on Peyton I would have to agree, but once Peyton Won 1 and Tom Lost 1.....I think the argument became much more debatable

true.... but it's still 3 vs 1, and 4 appearances vs 1. Also Brady took another step ahead of Brady when he broke Manning's TD record.

Yeah Brady had Randy Moss.... yeah the Pats lost the SB that season.... but Manning had Harrisson, who some people (i'm not one of them) argued is better than Moss, and the Colts lost in the playoffs to the Patriots when Manning had his record 49 TD season.


IMO, Roethlisberger should be on there too....

....and Manning wouldn't have been to the Superbowl if it wasn't for Bob Sanders. Then when he gets there he has a gift opponent with Rex Grossman.


Brady > Manning

but as a fan i like Manning better.

Manning is one of the best QB's ever, but Brady has the rings.

also this is the last year of the decade...so both can still do more to further their case.

Another small point. Major Injury. While I don't blame players for being injured I can't ignore the effect it has on their teams. The Colts never had to deal with a season without their man at the helm. I think that adds a bit more value to Peyton.

Brady has the rings. Ultimately that is what a QB is judged on.
