I know we're never going to pick up Garcia barring injury...but hearing about him kinda made me wonder...who has the stronger arm?
Garcia's been know to float those ducks too.

To find a pro quarterback with a weaker arm than Hill you would have to search the LFL (Lingerie Football League)

br-r-r-r-r, that's cold.
To compound Hill's problems, he has a low release point which makes his passes easier to bat down by DL.
Hill COULD be more effective if his receivers could make "hot reads." Two throws to Vernon Davis were about where they should have been but Davis missed the read on one play and ran a terrible slant route on another. Davis has never mastered hot reads and route running. As long as he is the best receiver option, the passing game will struggle. The TE SHOULD be a viable option for a QB on short, quick passes but they must be in synch.

Shaun Hills arm is comparative to the QB during our pickup games. He's a flat slob n thats why he plays QB, but his arm is good.

I don't remember Garcia having a weak arm. I do remember he had the propensity to dink and dunk because that's how our offense operated back then. It also didn't help that he had that jump shot of a throw since he wasn't exactly the tallest guy on the field.
I do remember that Garcia at one point was one swoll ass motherf**ker! I know gym strength doesn't necessarily translate to throwing strength, but between Hill Garcia, there's just no comparison. Besides, you think she would have let him slip a little in the gym?
