Football Question

This is an odd question, but I was bored and I thought of it: Say a quarterback tries to throw a pass to a receiver, but the pass gets deflected. Then the quarterback catches his own deflected pass and runs it for a touchdown. Would it count as a pass to himself and would he be credited with 2 touchdowns? I don't think this has ever happened nor will it never happen, but I'm just curious

His head would implode and John Candy would crawl from the hole in his neck and have sex with his armpit.

Sex with his own armpit? Or with the QB's? I think it's important to know who's f@&%ing who

Yes
PASSING STAT: Completed pass for a touchdown.

RECEIVING STATE: 1 reception for one touchdown.
Yes, it would count. Remember when Steve Young caught one of his own passes (I think he lost yardage on the play though). Why wouldn't it count?
