He had to win one game in '06 to get into the playoffs. He could not get it done. Got beat by Alex Smith and the 49ers. I seem to remember him throwing a pick 6 right to Walt Harris.
I think it was '08 he had to win one game against the Chargers to get into the playoffs. Again, could not get it done. Not sure if he threw any picks in that one, probably did.
Watch him start whining in Chicago. What's ironic is he whined because they fired Shanahan, yet his turnover propensity probably contributed to Shanny getting canned in the first place.
Thursday night just reiterates what kind of player he is. I don't care how strong his arm is, he sucks. Period.
It was more like he had to win one of the last three in 2008 and he couldn't get it done.
