It's amazing he lasted three 7-9 seasons in Buffalo.
We can only assume Ralph Wilson, at 91 years young, fell asleep for two years and just woke up.

He had that one really good season as head coach with the Bears, and then nothing. I can't say that this one surprises me.

The Bills O-Line is more blocking deficient and less athletic. And Shanny could take virtually any RB and plug him into his scheme and get a 1000 yards on the season.
Not so sure this team will go the way of Shanny though a strong offensive minded HC would not be a bad thing for them and they will probably entertain some offensive minded candidates. Personally I see their list looking more like :
Leslie Frazier (who is my guess to get the job)
Todd Bowles
Jason Garrett
Brian Schottenheimer
Bruce Arians
Russ Grimm
Hue Jackson
Jeff Davidson
