Feeling nostalgic, Vernon was a force and was a matchup nightmare. Watch him shine in Denver, best of luck #85.

He'll do just good enough in denver and all the i told you so's will come out.
f**k this a*****e.
Not after Singletary coached him up. He was all about the team. Kaepernick and his "me first", "me against the world", kiss my bicep bs killed any resemblance of teamwork and class that Alex, Frank and Vernon, and Patrick Willis built up even before Harbaugh got there.
I don't blame Vernon for checking out with all the front office drama last year ending in Harbaugh being booted out on top of the Ray McDonald case and Aldon Smith suspensions that hung over the team like a storm cloud. While most fans just wanted to see players like Vernon go all out and didn't care if he got killed trying to catch a ball over the middle, none of the players last year seemed to play with much heart. All the early retirements spoke volumes.

I'll agree with that.
Agreed. Though it can't get much worse. Maybe it can well see

Docket is probably just happy he's not on the niners regardless if he's playing or not.
Gawd...this team is sad right now!!!!
Bitter or not.... he's still knows the truth.

I'm a little surprised the Niners didn't try to get a player from an undefeated team. This is the finalbsign that they're in tank mode.

What sucks most is that it explains why Vernon has played like garbage the last two years. He quit on this team a while ago. Good riddance. Loved the guy for so long, but if you quit on the team it's time to move on

It was my 16th birthday (yes I've never been alive for a Super Bowl win) and it was my favorite moment ever as a 49ers fan. Even the NFC Championship win the following year and the Navorro Bowman pick six game against the Falcons weren't as high as this moment right here.
It will probably be a long, long time before we have a feeling similar to that day again

loooool that's hilariously sad.
This team has become a joke...
He has been miserable ever since Alex Smith was benched. Dockett knows Vernon wanted out and knows Vernon is happy he got his wish. You know when a tough head coach leaves and a player is still miserable with the new soft head coach it's the FO that is the real problem.
When Joe Montana tells Colin Cowherd that the real problem in the organization probably wasn't Harbaugh you know the FO is the real problem.
When leaks still come out after a coaching staff is let go you know the FO is the real problem.
As long as Jed is owner...no legit coach will not want to come here. A coach is not going to trust Jed because of what happened to Harbaugh. There is a coaches circle and Jed is probably the laughing stock of that circle at this point. When Harbaugh was coach, Jed was always out to meet the press and say a few words. With the losing and Tomsula as the coach....he is no where to be found. All his fault.
