stopped caring when i saw this was a Baalke statement.

What sucks most is that it explains why Vernon has played like garbage the last two years. He quit on this team a while ago. Good riddance. Loved the guy for so long, but if you quit on the team it's time to move on
true.... it shows lack of leadership on this part (be it from our POV)... but it also shows lack of leadership in the organization when someone that's been through arguably WORSE times with them just wants out.

With the losing and Tomsula as the coach....he is no where to be found. All his fault.
That's the problem, Harbaugh wasn't in any coach's circle. I think Jed can get a coach who had former connections with the Walsh era with SF and wants to bring SF back out of the gutter.
The question is, will Dork hire a coach who could be a long term plan to move into Admin and be replaced with a pedigree? Dork doesn't probably plan that far ahead.

I'm pissed they didn't trade him after the 2013 season when we could've got something for him.

Well Vernon just makes them better and they already have the best defense in the NFL who pretty much shut down Rodgers. Niners might as well just have a firesale. Trade everyone who has talent for draft picks.
So who gets traded next? Staley? He'll have some value.

we snookered two sixth round picks from those guys. Wow. what a win for us.
The real trade was offloading 2m salary. Thanks for investing in our season Jed.
