Took him a while to learn every new offense he has been in. I don't think he will be an immediate contributed.

Didn't take long for Davis to start talking s**t about his former team. Not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind seeing him take a nice hit to start his career in Denver.

I've lost all respect for Vernon at this point. To come out and blame his poor play over the past couple seasons because of the "turmoil" is stupid. I hope he gets lit up when he steps on the field again.

Manning doesnt need Luck, hes made average TE's look like pro bowlers for years. Im sure he will get VD involved & once again an ignorant fan base will be proven wrong.

He still has speed & a knack for getting open. This is another huge loss for this franchise. VD was a captain, a leader, obviously he had a poor attitude towards the end but he was one of the only impact players left on the roster. This season could not have gone any worse for the 49ers losing Aldon, Vernon, Kap(the kap we knew) after the mass exodus of veterans & coaches. I hope all of you homers that were cheerleading for Harbaugh to be fired are happy,

Vernon has straight line speed that does not translate to football speed. He has not had a knack to get open for the past 2 seasons.

i was really excited when we drafted Vernon.. he did start to drop off, but how many times was he targeted? i think he is much better than people think he is.. we have no OL, and a QB that is clueless.. Manning will make him look much better if he goes his way..
