Come back player of the year?

I have to go with Vince Young, the guy's mental toughness and dedication were even questioned. No one ever questioned Smith in those aspects. I wonder if the homers will vote Alex in. As far as Favre many attributed his poor finish to last year to injury, others said he was washed up.

Can't beleive he wasn't included. it will be between he and VY, if VY wins out I don't see how he doesn't get it. Both great stories, also both great Longhorns.

I would say Vernon has just steadily progressed, not come back from any rock bottom
lows.

Mike Nolan's mis-use.
......someone on espn (or nfl network?). said he was one of the comeback players of the year.
Vince Young will probably win it though.

Favre? He threw for over 3,400 yards and 22 touchdowns last year.

doesn't that honor usually go to someone who was out the previous year due to injury?

He also played in every single game.
I think we all know Tom Brady will get this award.

Ok, I added Brady and Benson. I honestly don't know the criteria for this award, this is just a webzone poll.
