What bothers me most is that both players were "ticketed" for this. I think in every state that I've lived in, 15 mph over the speed limit is considered reckless driving and "can" warrant an arrest, and 25 over is endangerment and you get arrested. The article I saw mentioned Minnesota had tougher driving laws and that they could lose their license for six months - yet here you have a guy that was doing nearly twice the legal limit, 54 mph over, and all he got was a ticket.

Fast players driving fast. It doesn't surprise me. But they should slow down.

I don't see it as a big deal, I would say 50% or more of male drivers have driven over 100 mph. I used to do it daily until I hit my mid 30's. I'd do it again on the open road but my Tahoe tops out at 98, I think I made it to 102 going down a hill a few years ago.

I've done over 100 before. I never got caught for it. But I've been caught in the 80's and 90's sometimes.
I drive slower these days BTW. But when I was like 16 - 19 I was kind of a fast driver and even had my liscense suspended for a few months.
But I learned from it and never did it again.
