if your talking about elite QBs, he is one. So not overrated in that sense.
Now when talking about greatest QB ever, and his name comes up! Then in that situation he is overrated. Tom Brady probably will be a hall of famer and be considered one of the greats, but he should never be considered as "THE GREATEST"

I don't know, man. Statistically, he's one of the best, and he was pretty damn close to going 19-0 in a season where he threw 50 TDs. He's been pretty consistent, too. I think he'll likely get overshadowed by Peyton, and rightfully so, but I could see an argument for him being a top 10 all-time qb.

having the best stats alone don't make you the greatest, just ask Emmitt Smith
