I don't even know what your are trying to convey here

Shocking u dont see the irony in being the biggest baalke homer (sucks that thread was deleted for your gems in there) who also doesnt watch college ball, but yet is in here seconds after they lose. U been so wrong on the niners that your only angle is attacking harbaugh in college even tho u dont watch college ball.

top 5 GM

I wasn't a Baalke fan but why do y'all keep bringing this up?hes gone and I think everyone can agree he was Terry Donahue bad. delusional fanboys are the worst but at least the homers stay faithful to the team and not an individual who no longer has ties to it.

Tru dat. No point in bringing up Jed and Baalke in a 2017 Jim Harbaugh thread.

Why? A chance to coach where you played pro ball to try and take that team back to glory. Ownership that might give you everything you want. Your old DC already in house. A quarterback on the roster that ya ability.

No job next year will have all that.

Michigan doesn't compete with the 49ers in any way. No faithful allegiance is being tested here.

Baalke gets brought up because that's why they're here. They were team Baalke, they lost, now they need the small compsenation of being partially right. Either that or they're OSU/ Niner fans but I'm not seeing much of that.

Quitting on his alma mater would make him a laughing stock, loser, and pariah at the place he loves most. It's not happening. He's already making Belichek $ what exactly is the incentive to go pro?

The once in a lifetime opportunity to coach Mitchell Trubisky. I know you guys want this to happen but it's not.

I really don't care one way or the other. But make no mistake he will never allow his bro to be the only one with a ring. That trumps alma mater by a mile.

Then there's always the former boyfriends that still love the ex even though they're gone, and they're just as pathetic. lol

Possibly...I just think it's pathetic that people who claim to be over JH feel the need to flock to this thread whenever he loses. Get over it, he's a good coach, no need to be so bitter

All true...both sides. I was perfectly fine moving on from Jim because of Roman, his personality costing us games, didn't seem to learn from his mistakes, etc. with the caveat we'd get a young coach with upside and a professional offense that was more sustainable. But when Tomsula was announced, I threw up in my mouth and the off season from hell insued and rightly so!

Ironically today, I don't see any difference between Baalke and Jim. Both were excellent when put in check and working with multiple partners and as part of a team.

But once those teams were removed and both Baalke and Jim were allowed to have total control, a spotlight was shown on them and the decline was real.

They had a great thing going as a team and if Jed, Baalke, Jim, Paraag, etc. could have put ego aside and corrected their biggest flaws (all well documented), this rebuilding process may not have been as brutal.

Then again, we may never have landed ShanaLynch who I couldn't be more happy with.

So things happen for a reason, right?

Coming into this thread is nothing more than validation that Jim hasn't learned one thing since his departure and my initial OK with moving on back then was justified...same with Baalke.
