"But I don't think the GM (general manager Trent Baalke) saw the same picture as Jim Harbaugh at that time. So I realized it was time for me to go somewhere else and show everybody how good I can be at the No. 1 spot, and that's what I've been doing so far."

The 49ers have since traded both Davis and McDonald while Walker remains one of the premier tight ends in the NFL. Baalke was fired last January after the team finished 7-25 combined during the two seasons after Harbaugh's departure.

What's even worse was I heard he had to give those extensions just to meet the salary cap floor to avoid the fines.

He was like the opposite of, Salary Cap Hell.

Hey, at least it's benefiting ShanaLynch right now.

Are you bragging about our 5-6 win season like that wouldn't be behind JH's worse year here. Talk when he does something JH hasn't done and that can only be the SB.

But hey things are looking up here.

This thread should be less active next season. Hopefully limited to actual Michigan discussion.

49ers offense is on the verge of doing something harbaugh has never done.

Put Shanahan and Garoppolo on that 2011-2013 teams and that's 3 easy SBs

Michigan finally has a QB, assuming the NCAA lets him play.
