+ Alot of jersey kids get recruited by Michigan. Rashan Gary, Jabrill Peppers, Mike Singleton all came from the same high school in NJ. Paramus Catholic.

Chris Partridge was the head coach. Jim Harbaugh hired him. Chris has been scout of the year 2 years straight.

But why not head to 'Bama? Going to coach for the reigning National Champions is a good gig.

"We can do everything we want to do here. Win a National Championship," Partridge said.

The guys that I've recruited, that I have a really good relationship with, I just felt like it was better for me to see it out, see if we can do what we've come together to want to do."

Another factor in Patridge's decision to stay was Jim Harbaugh. "I appreciate Jim, I gotta be loyal to him, he gave me a shot, and not a lot of people would have gave a high school coach a shot," he said."

Nick Saban tried prying him away but he showed his loyalty to Jim Harbaugh..

Watch out for this dude. He coming up. He got promoted from lb to coaching the safety position. This dude will be in the nfl some day coaching. Smart, loyal good dude who understands the game and players.

lol I love when people bring up Roman. Jim did his buddy a solid by giving him the OC tag and that paycheck.

Jim could have made Joan from payroll the OC. Had her call in the run plays during games. Same production.
