"A little history with Harbaugh on QBs:
- Stanford was a 41-point underdog when Harbaugh got seldom-used QB Tavita Pritchard ready to the point the Cardinal sprung one of the greatest upsets of all time over USC. It was Pritchard's first start.
- Andrew Luck excelled under Harbaugh.
- Alex Smith played excellent QB for the 49ers, better than he had before. Harbaugh didn't hesitate to keep Colin Kapaernick in the spot when it meant an upgrade after Smith returned from injury. Kapaernick led the 49ers to the Super Bowl.
- Jake Rudock arrived at Michigan flustered and left polished after just a season working with Harbaugh.
It's led to Harbaugh developing a reputation as the QB 'whisperer.' When he talks about the position, it's worth listening."

Only in ninerland will they stay up long nights and try to change the narrative because they hate so much the only dude that has helped us win games in the last 20 years. Let's just accept the facts, he gets the best out of his players instead of consistently trying to change history..
No he cannot make Aj junkins into Odell but he can take a Jake Ruddock for one year and mold him into an NFL prospect.
