Only 1 coach has done that for 49ers in 20 years, and yet some 49ers fans don't like him

The people that sided with Baalke still hate him, despite Baalke turning out to be the disaster.

Then there's the people that hate him for being mean to Alex, despite another stacked team having to give up on winning a SB with him.

People are bitter. Everyone with a bad coach wants to make a run at him. Look at the Crads forum. They hated his guts, but even they want him lol.

Like the Eagles eventually did by moving on from Andy.

The team quit on Andy. They won 4 games his final year. That's when you get rid of someone like him.
Every team that he decided to coach, they become DRASTICALLY better. And once he leaves that team, that team suffers drastically. He took irrelevant Standford, 49ers and Michigan teams and made them power houses. Yet, some people prefer this regime over Harbaugh's.

Even though Michigan will lose to Bama in the CFP, getting there is nothing short of remarkable.

Stanford didn't get worse. They won the rose bowl after he left.

I'd rather be in it every year. Pretty hard to say for certain he never would have gotten the team there after he got canned out of the blue over a power struggle with that bumbling idiot of a GM. Dumbest decision ever.

It's apparently more exciting to be the Browns West. Can't have your heart broken if you can't ever get to the big game.

The WZ is the only place I interact with that has people NOT viewing us as the Silicon Valley Browns. Most 49ers fans I know in real life, and other football fans, just view us a laughing stock of bumbling idiots. My phone blew up with people laughing at 49ers handing Jimmy G such a monster contract when he hadn't made it through one season of starting. The type of massive desperation move that loser franchises do. And ofcourse it blew up on our face, because that's what happens with losers. When you pin everything on a miracle to wash the stink off, ofcourse you don't hit the lotto and it doesn't work.

I said at the start of the season we were the Browns West, and people attacked me saying "oh the 49ers won 6 games at end of the year" blah blah blah. I said Lynch has done nothing except for Jimmy G and without that one move, our team stinks. People attacked me. Well look now, lol.I'm not a hater, its just obvious s**t anyone can see.

Really? How did it blow up in our faces, actually? Players get injured. Hardly justifies your team mea culpa diatribe but I imagine it made you feel better.

By the way, back on subject please.

Yup. Good post.
There was one reason the 49ers looked better at the end of the season, and that reason was gone in week 3. Now it's "look how smart I am and how dumb you all are." Whatever makes you feel good about yourself, I suppose. lol
"During that week, Gentry shined. Despite his size, he was athletic enough to beat defenders and catch passes, and he made enough of an impression that Harbaugh later asked him if he had interest in changing positions.

While many quarterbacks—especially those with plenty of options coming out of high school—would have transferred or dismissed the idea, Gentry had a different reaction. "I trusted him [Harbaugh] and believed in him that it was going to work out," Gentry says. "He thought that I could make a difference and that it would be the best decision for my future."

We are going to act like Jimmy G wasn't a gift from Robert Kraft 🎁..?? The 49ers should never forget that. If it was up to Bill Belicheck Jimmy G would still be backing up Tom Brady.

Are we really suppose to act like this wasn't a favor or a gift from Robert Kraft?

"Pats reportedly offered Jimmy G $18M/year; Belichick 'furious,' 'demoralized' after trade"

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/pats-reportedly-offered-jimmy-g-18myear-belichick-furious-demoralized-after-trade/amp/

"The New England Patriots stunned the world at the NFL trade deadline when they dealt backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to the 49ers. This was on the heels of the Pats refusing to trade Garoppolo for months, with the belief Bill Belichick wanted to keep both quarterbacks to preserve the depth chart and insurance for Tom Brady. He didn't care what was offered.
Turns out, that may have been accurate after all. According to a story from ESPN's Seth Wickersham, Belichick was not happy about the Pats trading Jimmy G"

Huh? I said Jimmy G was the one improvement to the team. English is hard
