Meyer hasn't done anything special, Michigan's defensive coordinator just acting like he's never heard of crossing routes in his entire life.
Wait Saleh coaching the D there???

OSU has the #2 o in the country. They've struggled defensively but people massively underrated them. Rival game, at home. This result didn't fool me I said I'd believe it when I saw it.

He can if he can ever get past his own ego and realize he can't call an offense. Just be the master motivator while true x's and o's guys call the plays. Sadly his ego and hubris are likely too big for that.

If he doesn't stay in Michigan I can see the Browns making a push for him. They have nice talent and it wouldn't be that far of a move.

This is Don Brown we are talking about. If he can take the credit for this so-called No.1 D, he sure can take the blame for allowing 62 from an arch rival.
But, is more than just crossing routes.

Agreed. If he could have a 21st century offense he might win one of these games. But this whole idea of a team "not being built to comeback" is ridiculous in 2018. I really thinkn its his 1960s offense that has him constantly losing big games.

He needs to hand over his offense, be completely hands off like he claims to be with the defense. This isn't 1978 anymore, three yards and a cloud dust won't get it done against teams that score at a high rate. Let go and just take a CEO role, managing all the coaches, managing the gameplan but letting the coordinators do their thing. Also Pep Hamilton as OC is ghastly. Andrew Luck's performance this season is proving just how ghastly. Dude has no business calling offense anywhere.
