And you mentioned context earlier and how UM/OSU was close at the half. To add further context, UM was down 22 going into the 4th quarter whereas Georgia was down 10 going into the 4th VS LSU.

Without them playing each other this year, which is not going to happen, there is nothing to prove one is better than the other. It is all opinionated.

I don't think the SEC bias is opinion in all honesty at this point. The committee favors them despite weak out of conference schedules. To add more context.

Clemson vs Alabama again.. They should just pin it every year to avoid the suspense. Trust me I am for a 8 team playoff system. Let them play it out. Too much politics..

Harbaugh should schedule Citadal or Fornham, then they will say he is scheduling weaker out of conference games. It's a joke..

Depends on who's lenses we are looking at it from? They will have three potential 1,000 yard receivers coming back as juniors, His Qb's are in place. The 2019 recruiting class is top 10..

Jim Harbaugh just got his Qb recruits.. Dylan and Joe Lol Who is holding this clock? And why I should ask? These are the foolish rumors...

The roster is Jim Harbaugh's next season, 100% his.. It's buffoonery by the media and poor-lazy reporting to think he would walk away when this roster just became his..

Currently ranked 7th the country in recruiting next season.. The influx of speed is coming in next season.

I expect championship contention in 2-3 years. I still stand by my words..

I heard Harbaugh wants to coach in the NBA.. Anyone else heard that one?! Bwahahaha

The hate for this guy is pathetic by the media.. Losers!

How about this for controlling the narrative media? Speaks volumes for Harbaugh..

Based on the Ohio State game, Michigan still needs speed. Is there an effort to look at that vs. strength or other areas in recruiting? - Frank The Tank

"I have a magic number for you Frank, and that number is six. That is the number of players in the Wolverines' 2019 recruiting class who run a sub-4.6 40-yard dash. And keep in mind, there are probably several more prospects on that list, whose times aren't recorded or up to date."

Packers job is much higher up on the totem pole of football jobs .

I don't see how he can turn it down with Rodgers there .
Hey Wu, it does seem unlikely but if Harbaugh goes to Green Bay, where does your heart go. Pack? 49ers? UM?

This is what I mean, This might be the best example. I'm sure he benefits from the attention but this is a recruiting shot at Harbaugh. So his recruits can second guess..

All year the Paul Finebaum's and Chris Carter's as well as other media called Harbaugh overrated.. As soon as he loses he is tied to every job in the country including Hockey..

This is exactly what I have been saying about Harbaugh since the beginning. The media has a fixation in controlling the narrative with Jim Harbaugh. I have been intrigued.. Which lead me to this silly question because I still don't get it?

Who's wife did Harbaugh bang that made a great coach like him so polarizing that it's ridiculous... I literally don't understand the narrative pushing against him?

It's interesting.. Meanwhile, (batman skit)Harbaugh is killing it in recruiting..

It amazes me and angers me what the media does to a great coach like Harbaugh. I think he stays imho English..

I do know this, there's alot of narrative pushing and I noticed that since he was with the niners. You cannot be overrated and tied to so many organizations...

My perfect scenario? Win at Michigan then come back to the 49ers where he wanted to stay in the first place and see him take full control of the niners and just enjoy the ride.

UM is his alma mater and his #1 choice even before he came to us. He's not leaving.

Lmao! yea I doubt he would go to the Packers with all the recruiting success at Michigan going on right now but If he did. I would like to see him succeed but I'm a Niner and Michigan fan til death.

I cannot root for other teams unless it helps the standings for either of my teams I root for.

Not yet at least. Think right now his name being attached to NFL gigs is good leverage towards an eventual extension at UM and that extension is good leverage towards his financial demands when he is ready to come back to the NFL.

I think 2-3 more years at UM.
Author and journalist John U. Bacon, who has been covering the Wolverines' program closely for years, would know firsthand about the constant rumors flowing about Harbaugh every offseason. Bacon took to Twitter to calm the fears and concerns of many U-M fans.

"I've not seen or heard the slightest sign that Jim Harbaugh is going to the Packers, or anywhere else, any time soon," Bacon wrote. "If anyone has actual evidence or sources, let us know. Otherwise, add this to the pile of baseless speculation that's followed Harbaugh since he returned to UM.

WTKA 1050's The Michigan Insider spoke to U-M athletic director Warde Manuel on Wednesday about a variety of topics. Naturally, Carter's thoughts about Harbaugh and the NFL came up during the discussion. Manuel delivered an honest answer in defense of his head coach, shooting down all possible rumors of Harbaugh's intentions to leave Ann Arbor.
"I would say consider the source of the comment," Manuel said. "Cris is very accomplished in his life but he went to the school down South. We tend to throw out things like that, sources say, my sources, I haven't missed any sleep. Jim has not said anything to me about it, he's on the road recruiting putting in great effort. So, from my perspective, it has no validity at all. There's been zero conversations about it. I believe Jim is very happy here, he is working to continue to bring in great recruits here. Preparing to go down to the bowl game at the Peach Bowl and play a very good Florida team."

Chris Carter, Paul Finebaum are click baits and are an embarrassment to reporting. Creating lies to sway recruits..

It happened with the 49ers and followed him to Michigan. That s**t gets old and pathetic by these click bait reporters..

It would honestly be the most hilarious thing if he goes to Green Bay.

And sign Kap

Full control? Harbaugh should not have personnel control at the NFL level. Sorry he coached both Sherman and Baldwin and I have no doubt he could have argued strongly to use a 5th or 7th on them respectively. But I don't think he knew how good they would be in the NFL. Great coach. Great motivator. Great at preparing a team. But let someone else pick his players. College is a lot easier, you just recruit the biggest most athletic kids as possible. Not exactly rocket science.
