Exactly. Let's not forget that Harbaugh was handed an excellent roster. UM was irrelevant pre Harbs. He got this team into relevancy and to the playoffs. Harbs being successful doing Harbaugh things. Haters in here. Niners have been a pathetic joke post Harbs and Jed even hangs in men only meetings

His pay doesn't matter here. How many recruits say I choose UM because JH makes 7 mil.
He's fallen short, they should at least expect a Big 10 title/ playoff appearance so far but the bar when competing against an elite program like OSU is not at Bama.
