25% of that 31% is any game with the word bowl attached to it or conference championship.

The 49ers had Ted Ginn. There was no need to draft Baldwin say in the 7th round.
People tend to forget how much a specific situation plays in the development of a player.
Lets say that Jim called every scout in the NFL and told them Sherm was the best DB in the draft.
He then gets selected in the 3rd round by a s**tty team with s**tty coaches.
He ends up sucking and is out of the league in 4 years.
Wow now Jim is still a looser that doesn't know talent. lol
ps
Coaches are b******t artists. You never know what they are really thinking by what they say.
I've seen nothing to suggest he knows it on the NFL level no. His handpicked QB flamed out. I know Lombardi doesn't know it.
Took Ronald Johnson in the 6th. Why are they taking John Morton's guy over Jim's?
Recruiting and drafting are completely different skill sets. Steve Spurrier knew recruiting. He didn't know NFL talent.

Lol I see you finally posted at me instead of crawling around hinting. So salty.
I'm not hiding anything man. Sorry to disappoint. I suggest you let it go.
Lol that's probably the last time he addresses you directly for the next six months.

Lol. Multiple mods, ones not in my clique, agree so the comment was silly.
I respect passionate fans. Love Harbaugh or dislike him. I'm cool. But if you are going to challenge people and conintually accuse them of lying, pushing false narratives, etc. at least come in and admit when it didn't work out. The aggressive tweets challenging people and accusing them of creating some false narrative to destroy Jim's good name is the reason the call for him. Not because he loves Harbaugh.
SoCold loves Harbs as much as anyone. But when he disagrees, he does it through discussion, uses humor, not attacking.
My $0.02. Go blue

I don't put Jim up there with Carroll and Meyer. I certainly don't put Jim up there with Belichick and Saban. Of course it was a bad decision to part ways with him. A decision made worse by replacing him with Fartman instead of Fangio or Mike Shanahan, or even Holmgren.
Jim is a very good coach, just not elite.

That pretty much sums it up.
The question of whether or not he can rise above the "good" category will be answered by how well the change is coordinators responds to the demands of the modern game. The mere change itself suggests Harbaugh may finally be getting the message that Bo Ball doesn't win games. We shall see.

Better than competing for the toilet bowl like the 49ers have done since he left.

Duh. Nobody wanted him gone. He just has his faults and it's ok to recognize that.

Fu*king THIS!!! I'm not sure why it's so impossible for ppl in this thread to wrap their heads around that. If we so much as point out 1 small criticism of him, we are automatically a "hater pushing a false narrative." It's pretty ridiculous.

Anyways, I think the hiring of Gattis is the best one that Harbaugh has made at Michigan. I remember hearing a lot about him when he was at Penn State when he was regarded as a WR guru. He's got the sort of offensive and recruiting chops that can put a program over the top. If Harbaugh gives him full autonomy over the offense and stays out of his way, this could be a far more explosive Michigan offense than any we've seen recently. They've got a pretty good collection of offensive talent so the sky is the limit for them with Brown running the defense and Gattis running the offense and Harbaugh making sure everything stays on schedule.

Some on this board wanted him gone. A lot of people bought the narrative that we had the golden goose GM. More importantly the owner bought it.
