It just blows me away that posters like you stan for QBs like Jimmy and Alex Smith when Kaepernick was arguably BETTER than both of them. What isnt arguable is that he at the very least is on the same level as both of them. Yet you call him crap. SMH.

I think (at least for me) Niners fans are just esp. salty about Kaep because he seemed like the next big thing when he started, I was to the moon excited- those games were electric (that Niners/Packers game, my god). Then he just stopped caring about football, stopped trying to get better, he didn't work hard. Falling off while talented and not even trying, it's a gut check. Esp. considering that with Alex, for all his limitations, the kid tried hard and loved football. It just was a sucky situation all around and why we still talk about it a decade later.
