I'd be pretty surprised. Lot of competition in the AFC.

Not sure McConkey by himself can carry thst offense as a playmaker. Have to be OPOY level.

They drafted Quentin Johnston last year, he should have a breakout year after posting 430 yards and 2 TD's as a rookie.

Harbaugh will have the chargers playing smash mouth this year.

Harbaugh teams, for the most part, are known to come firing right out of the gate. He turned the 49ers into winners overnight it seemed and then took them to a Super Bowl appearance. But, by Year 4, he was run out of town. I hope he gets a longer shot with the Chargers. The guy knows how to build and coach winning football teams.

Had they signed King Henry and added Odunze or Nabers with a tackle to groom behind Pipkins they would've been real scary even with Roman.

Yup. Baalke and Jed are the reason he was tossed aside. They thought Tomsula could do better. So did many "knowledgeable" fans.

Both should've been tossed aside for the Shanahans. Then the 9ers would've gotten better.
