Attack that grass with a level of enthusiasm unknown to mankind!
The real question is what motivational poster did he hang in the locker room that will get old in 24 months.

I bet Herbert has a pro bowl year bc of harbaugh

Maybe in year 3 or 4. Not with Roman.

IDK, they seem to be forming a good balance. They're building the trenches, they're getting new weapons. I think they'll be a playoff team honestly.

Thats where we learned it from.

We already know the physicality that Harbaugh desires, he will build a bully!

I hope he bullies KC out of the playoffs.

All of this, but I agree with 9ers4eva that Roman is the issue and that will hold them back.

I don't think Harbaugh will allow Roman to hold them back.
Roman is the reason JH is no longer a 49er coach

I think Baalke had a bigger role than Roman, but I get your point though.

Crazy times back then.

Harbaugh is the reason he was fired.

He viciously embarrassed Jed York in a meeting in front of everyone by telling him to get the f**k out because this is a men's only meeting.

You can't pull that s**t on your boss in any business and expect to get away with it.

Should've never happened but lets not pretend like Harbaughs act wasn't wearing thin either. His offense was stale and he refused to do anything about it. Him hiring Greg Roman again as the offensive coordinator of the Chargers tells you everything you need to know.

Greg Roman was the reason I didn't mind seeing Harbaugh go. It's a solid offese that's rooted in the 70s. Today's game demands more passing. You can' abandon the running game but it can't be your major weapon. Not with the way the rules have been changed to attack with passing.

He will.

Roman is going to hold that team back though, he's loyal to a fault when it comes to his coaching staff. Gonna be hard to win a SB with him calling plays.

Agree. Unless Jim has changed and developed some decent interpersonal skills, I give him 5 years before he has to go back to college.

Jed is a picnic compared to the Spanos family.
