Harbaugh would not put up with Shany on his team. He's a CLOWN. He would be kicked out of the organization on day 1 and rightfully so.

I'm jealous of the Chargers. I thought Harbaugh was a great coach. His downfall was that he stuck with Kaepernick, but I think he stuck with Kaepernick because Alex Smith was forced on him. If Jed had stuck with him for eight seasons like he does with other dope coaches, I think Harbaugh would have brought a lot of success to this team. Look how he built the trenches. Iupati, Davis. Smith bros on the dline.

better than the clown we have now

Harbaugh got almost two great years out of Kaepernick, having Kaepernick and Alex Smith in 4 years he went to 3 NFC championship games and a Super Bowl.
I credit Harbaugh for working around Kaepernick's obvious short comings for 4 times longer than most coaches would. My ripping on Kap before anyone else did is when I fell out of favor here. The man has succeeded everywhere he has coached. He took a 6-10 team and made them 13-3 with pretty much the same roster as there were no impact rookies. The guy is coaching royalty and if he wins a Super Bowl he should be up there with the legends.

In 58 years of watching football which I started at the age of 5, From 5-11 I was a Ram fan, 12-50 a 49er fan and 51 to present a Redskin fan. I still can't say Commanders. I was so hoping Harbaugh would become the Washington coach, I definitely am happy Snyder sold the team I think he had the second worst owner record during his tenure.

Now I know you are clueless, Iupati, Justin Smith, Anthony Davis, Isaac Sopoaga, Ray Mac were all 49ers already. He only added Aldon Smith and Jonathan Goodwin. How was Alex Smith forced on Harbaugh, Kaepernick wasn't ready to start so he stuck with the veteran. And who did Jed stick with besides the one you love in Kyle Shanahan? He fired coaches one after the other from Jim Tomsula to Mike Singletary then Chip Kelly. Jim Harbaugh was an arrogant prick to Jed York of course he wasn't gonna tolerate that any longer, which is the reason Harbaugh doesn't last too long anywhere.

Carlos Rogers, Donte Whitner, Aldon Smith. No impact new guys though.

Kap was his handpicked QB.

they never really give this out correctly imo. i would say Reid. as Reid is the top coach.

for some reason this is the 'do the most with the least award'. so if you want to win, saddle up with some washed QBs and cross your fingers, like Tomlin.

it's like how many super bowls do you need to win to get some respect around here.
