The Kap read option days were fun with Crabs, Gore and VD. Our offenses were actually pretty good contrary to what people remember. Particularly the run game. But then again ww had Gore.
How did that work against the seahawks?

His defenses are the key to everything. Even in college Michigan was generally an average passing attack.
He wins with elite defense and mediocre offense most of the time.
If he wants to win a SB he's gonna need a new OC and scheme. That simple.

They were inconsistent. You always felt like we could do more. We had a dearth of WR talent in 2011. We shyt the bed in 2012. Crabtree and Boldin were good in 2013, but were too similar. And we had no Delanie Walker that year.

Tru but my guy Crown was saying the offense was boring. It was fun to watch at times and awful at times as well i will admit.

Play good defense, don't turn the ball over, let the other team do something crazy.
The problem comes in when the other team doesn't do something crazy.

By crazy I meant a dumb turnover or shooting themselves in the foot somehow. Jim has trouble with his brother because John also coaches very disciplined teams that don't generally make those dumb errors.
