I remember when they cut hogan and kept hastings--i was just shaking my head. Hogan was such a good athlete and so worth developing. He was like a poor-mans T.O. during preseason; your eyes gravitated toward him when he was on the field.
Hastings looked like a joke standing next to hogan.
So short-sighted to not have invested in him.
