Actually Greg Hardy of the Panthers should be the first test case as he was found guilty of domestic violence but is appealing his case. As we know Goodell won't suspend anyone until after all court proceeding are complete. While Ray Macs screwed up, lets not jump to conclusions and wait until all the facts come forth. Also I doubt this is resolved this year, and if he's found guilty will most likely appeal like Greg Hardy is currently, so I doubt Ray Mac will be suspended by the league this year.

By next year Tank and Dial will be ready and when can save some money and force him to restructure.

This crap needs to stop! The forty-niner organization needs to make a stand and start releasing anyone who commits these nonsense crimes once they have gone through the legal system. We are starting to be the laughing stock of the league. I am very disappointed in the character that is being drafted for this team. #shame
