The Ray McDonald thread

"Innocent until proven guilty" and all that jazz. Sometimes when the truth comes out, it's not as bad as it looks. The Kaep situation comes to mind: had we rushed to judgement, we would've had to eat crow.

However, the girl had bruises are her arms. This doesn't sound good. In fact, I'm guessing McDonald committed domestic abuse. I hope he gets suspended. How stupid can these players be? I mean, honestly. This is ridiculous.

I'm not blaming this on the front office or the coaching staff though. If you think a lack of leadership or discipline is somehow correlated to Ray McDonald engaging in domestic violence you're really stretching it. I mean, come on, that's just heinous and common sense, and you don't need a fatherly figure to know it's wrong.

this is reminding me of the lead up to the 2010 season. we had several things happen like ray mac's dui, heitmann broken leg, brooks lacerated kidney, coffee and balmer just quitting etc. i tried to tune it out and say we'll be fine but we all saw what happened. this 2014 team is a lot better than that 2010 team, but i just wonder how many more distractions can a team take? its sb or bust, we all know that and we may be headed to an area where we've just had too many distractions to overcome.

Harbaugh has also painted himself into a corner where McDonald must have the hammer dropped on him if there is truth to this. Harbaugh's comments about domestic violence are all over the radio.


John Clayton was just on and ripped into the 49ers HORD, basically calling them a very troubled, self destructive organization.

Instead of talking about the Cowboys game, now all we are going to hear about is Ray McDonald the wife beater.

bruises is serious assault and she was pregnant? it was rays decision to beat her up knowing that they are going to crack down on this stuff. if Jh said what he said, ray knew what could happen and he still allegedly did it. i do not blame the coach or front office,, however if ray did it and the niners do nothing, then the front office and Jh deserve all of the flaming that will come their way in my opinion
