Give me a f'n break! I'm starting to wonder whats going on with this team. How can any Niner fan not wonder. Possibly another starter done. A lot is stacked againt them. This just might be a long year. O better score points or we might get killed in games.
Said might get killed. Sorry a little pi$$ed over here.

John Clayton was just on and ripped into the 49ers HORD, basically calling them a very troubled, self destructive organization.
Instead of talking about the Cowboys game, now all we are going to hear about is Ray McDonald the wife beater.
All you're going to hear this week over the radio is harbaugh's quote. It may force the upper management to do something preemptively just to save face.

alot of people thought we could be fine that year since we started out 4-0 in pre season,, another reason not to trust pre season.. in my opinion if the team takes this serious and if ray did do it,, then you cut him today and there is no distraction

"Innocent until proven guilty" and all that jazz. Sometimes when the truth comes out, it's not as bad as it looks. The Kaep situation comes to mind: had we rushed to judgement, we would've had to eat crow.
However, the girl had bruises are her arms. This doesn't sound good. In fact, I'm guessing McDonald committed domestic abuse. I hope he gets suspended. How stupid can these players be? I mean, honestly. This is ridiculous.
I'm not blaming this on the front office or the coaching staff though. If you think a lack of leadership or discipline is somehow correlated to Ray McDonald engaging in domestic violence you're really stretching it. I mean, come on, that's just heinous and common sense, and you don't need a fatherly figure to know it's wrong.

i dont disagree, but i think harbaugh gonna keep him, look like a hypocrite and keep the distraction around. a lesser talented guy would be out the door 5 mins ago.

Before the process reaches that point, the case against McDonald will have to develop. ESPN reported in the aftermath of the announcement of the new policy that an "offense" will arise only after final adjudication of the criminal case, which suggests that a civil settlement with the victim that results in no prosecution could help the player escape punishment.
