imo, they just went with what they know.

and Ray's name is attached to sexual assault that "possibly" happened...and they found out it was not his fiancee.

there has been nothing but drama following this team ALL season...had to set an example to the other players.

Ray's parents are saying thank god he has security cameras in his house and it will show Ray is innocent.

It seems like the cops tried to push for Rape charges.....The girl said she fell and bumped her head and doesn't remember much from the night.

I can't paste stuff from the article...so yall should just read the rest. I think the team was just mad that he had Aldon out with him...I'm sure Aldon was going to go out anyway and Ray felt it might be best if they were together. ....but that doesn't matter now

I read this. Sounds fishy as the SJPD had a female officer pose at the victim and text Ray. The victim claims to have been intoxicated but can't remember having sex after she bumped her head. So RayMac is cheating on his pregnant fiancee with this girl he met a bar while with Aldon. Still no need to have this around. Let him go.

no proof ray's guilty of anything, other than being a sub-par man. based on previous 49er criteria for dealing with shady activities, no grounds for being fired.
so, we're going to cut everyone who gets into a questionable situation now? ray will be cleared of criminal conduct and will possibly be playing for some playoff team.
