Dude should have hired a full time body guard a long time ago. He would have had an eye witness to all three events. In today's litigious society, you could tap someone on the shoulder and be accused of assult. Especially if you have money.

However, after having publicized "cosentual" sex with another woman while still engaged to the mother of your child who has already accused you of domestic violence and pulled a gun on you, and then show up at her house at 3 in the morning alone? What did he think was gonna happen?

Dude has enough money that he could hire an attorney or a representative to meet with this woman in person and handle all custody exchanges, showing up at her place all alone late at night while drunk is about as stupid as it gets.
