why do you believe he is guilty?

I am not sure if he is guilty but certainly have no reason to believe he is innocent. Lots of smoke.

I'm leaning toward innocent based off the previous incidents.

so if you ran our team, would you welcome him back here?

Its pretty weird.

So the baby momma's mom called her friend in Los Banos to call the police for a domestic violence incident with a minor. That is exactly how the los banos woman stated it.

Well, the los banos woman tried to call santa clara PD but no one would take the call so she had to dial 9-11 and los banos dispatch picked upnand transferred over to santa clara PD. It was actually funny how it sounded like she called customer service at time warner cable and was being bounced around telling the same story over.

Piecing it together, all you can tell is that Mcdonals was at thr residence drunk and there was a domestic violence with an infant.

"HOLY s**t, I'M IN DANGER......SHOULD I CALL 9-1-1.....NAH, NOT ENOUGH TIME, I'LL CALL MY MOM!!"

Ray is a moron but this chick flat out sounds like a psycho, which makes Ray an even bigger moron for continuing to maintain contact with her.
Ray is an idiot and this crazy chick is doing her best to set him up for the gank move. I wouldn't be surprised if she called him up on a burner and told him some crazy ish about him and his newborn which set him off on this course of bad decisions.

From now on he should just wear some Google glasses and call the police whenever he has to deal with her.

Dumb ass

my life is very boring. That's prolly good for me...

but if I had millions...s**t would prolly get weird...frequently...

I understand why we let him go.

I'm alittle different than most people I guess. But if I were running the Bears, I woudn't make a big deal about the signing. I wouldn't say that I had a heart to heart with the guy and he promised me anything. And that we had a zero tolerance policy. I'd say that he is on a new team now. He is starting fresh. Everything is not going to be perfect with our players. But we believe in working with people we believe in. Changing their lives for the better blah blah.

So that gives you a little wiggle room for any small type of accusation that might not be true. If there is obvious evidence of an issue and there is no disputing it, then yes it would be easy to just cut him. But if there is a new issue raised by someone he has to be in contact with. Who has questionable credibility. Then I'd let the legal process run it's course and not treat him as if he is guilty. Also let the NFL handle it as well. There is a reason the NFL always stayed away from Ray McDonald when trying to set examples. His situations were different than the others. I don't think the NFL would've touched this one as well, as it seems that nothing is going to come out of it as well.

But that doesn't matter anymore. The Bears put themselves on the defensive and their backs against the wall as soon as they signed Ray...and worried about how the media perceived them. If I'm a owner... I OWN THE f**kING TEAM...f**k the media. Talk s**t about me. *hold me accountable* I'm going to put a winning product on the field. Especially if all of his previous situations were with him making the dumb innocent decisions. And he wasn't guilty of being abusive.

I'm sure if everything clears up for him again, like it has in the past...that a team like the Raiders or Cowboys will give him a chance... and hopefully Ray has finally moved the f**k on from his relationship with his baby momma. Wait for her to f**k up on her own, and maybe he can get full custody of the kid. (remember she pull a gun to her side, to which Ray wanted to call the police..to which she ran for the hills).

so basically if I were the 9ers no... he brought too many distractions to our team. I understood their decision.

If I were another team, I'd still bring him in.

I think if he gets completely cleared of this latest arrest, maybe goes off to the CFL for awhile, gets this chick completely out of his life, maybe he can get back into the NFL sooner or later. Clock is running out on him at his age though.

i do not think anyone will touch him in the nfl, he is done
Also I do think that Raymac is a Tomsula product, when without him not near the player. We had numerous players on our D line, who were very good while with us, when they left in FA they were no where near the level of play they showed with us.

Franklin, Sopoaga, Jean-Francois to name a few.
He needs serious help...

And just to make sure, McDonald got busted again today.

Compare the tone and tenor of the remarks about Ray McDonald with the remarks about Kaepernick.

I find the contrast interesting, and maybe a bit revealing.
