Yeah..its really annoying how it keeps on showing up as a 49ers update. I know he never played a game for the bears but still it bothers me.

welp they are finally ready.... I think the Judge will look at the evidence and throw this s**t out. But at the same time waggle his/her finger at McDonald for making dumb decisions.

Ex-49ers DL McDonald charged with felony, misdemeanor

The Santa Clara County District Attorney on Thursday charged former NFL player Ray McDonald, who was let go from both the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears, with felony false imprisonment stemming from a domestic violence incident earlier this year during which he allegedly assaulted his then-fiance as she was holding their two-month old baby.

The 30-year-old former football player was also charged with misdemeanor domestic violence, child endangerment, and with violating a court order to stay away from the woman, according to the District Attorney's office.

McDonald is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon at the Hall of Justice in San Jose. If convicted, his sentence could be up to three years in prison.

Interesting but I have no idea what evidence the state has, and since I do not know that I would not call it s***t.

I'll give an example.

Police reported that McDonald broke her door down and cornered her. His driver who was there said that didn't happened...police didn't go into detail.

So the next day McDonald and his investigator went back to his home (since he was the only one with a key, beside his ex) to take pictures of the door which was supposedly broken down.

They called the ex to make sure she wasn't home...but when the ex found out, she returned to the house with the police...to which meant McDonald and his ex were now in the same vicinity, violating a court order McDonald and his lawyer say they didn't get since the night before. (imo, they might be lying here because they felt they needed to get pics of the door, even if it meant McDonald getting in trouble...it was that key to them)

anyway....through out this whole *s**t* between him and his ex...there have been inconsistent accusations from his ex, that she has back tracked from.

still it's his own fault for keeping that woman in his life, having a child with her or not. One reason I don't feel sorry for him. His parents tried to tell him, and our team tried to tell him....but he was jusr stubborn enough to stick around one last time.

I was wondering if McDonald has suffered head trauma too. Possibly could explain his irrational behavior. He should get his head checked.

Usually, bad guys show warning signs before they're even in the league. So strange for someone to be a model citizen for 8 years, and then suddenly go bat s**t crazy. People blame alcohol and a crazy ex-fiancé. I suspect brain trauma.

We don't really know the full accounts of what happened. To just blame it on head injuries is kinda lame tbh.

Gee..I got a two-week ban last year for defending the argument that McDonald should have been suspended pending an investigation and that calling the woman crazy was a typical response to justify a serial abuser...nice job Niners..they could have done the right thing and now there at least two more female victims...and the the help that McDonald really should have received has been delayed...
This man's wake is EPIC
And What the Holy f**k was Chicago thinking when they signed him?! I mean, they knew the allegation from the woman's civil suit, right? And they knew that the DA was reviewing the footage, right?!
