Whatever the case was, there is a baby present and he should not be showing up drunk, or at all, at 4am.
The evidence in this video is circumstantial, but I'm siding with the female. The terror in her voice is horrifying. I believe her that he has hit her. But if that video is all she has, it is unfortunately not enough.

I do find it interesting that A.Brooks still hasn't resolved his case regarding her accusations of rape towards him during that party and yet he's still on an NFL Roster.
