Greg Roman, is he really good?

Shop 49ers game tickets
he is a a*****e , he is not creative
This team is always going to struggle passing the ball with Roman calling the plays, never have I seen an offensive coordinator that is able to get less out of his passing game than than this guy, Jimmy Raye has nothing on him. Take away the gimmick plays and this guy is less than mediocre, the playcalling against better teams is staggeringly bad, top OC's elevate their playcalling against better defenses, look to find ways to score the ball, Roman does the opposite, constantly chits the bed.

This "passing offense" doesn't even have all the passes that you'd see in a professional offense. I think NCommand called it a college offense. I really believe that pro NFL defenses have figured out the college offense.

It is a college offense, the only time this team wins on offense is when they have a clear advantage in terms of personnel, such as when a team is weak against the run, when a team defends the run well, more often than not this offense falls apart. I'm starting to lose respect for Harbaugh at this point, big game after big game Roman doesn't seem to get it, he doesn't seem to comprehend how to attack a team properly, against Carolina it should have been a lot of quick, short passes, slants...etc, just absolute BS playcalling, not sure how anyone can defend it anymore.
It's fair to point blame at Harbaugh too he gets out-coached a lot

The last time the passing game looked this crappy, VD was not playing. CAR can hold it down with run defense too so the 49ers were outmatched today.
At least in 2011 he was creative with the runs which he hasn't been very much this year. I have no idea who is in charge of the passing plays and who's calling them but there is a problem. Man this staff needs to get out of it's own way. Kap and the OL haven't helped at times. Same with the WR; we should have been bold and traded for Gordon. We played it safe, maybe that puts us over the top.
The answer is no. As soon as Roman loses Davis as a weapon, he loses all grasp of reality. Kiss our Super Bowl hopes goodbye, fellas. Anytime we play a half descent defense, bank on 10 points or fewer. I'm not even sure we can beat Seattle in San Francisco, let alone in Seattle. Pathetic.
Terrible play calling with terrible use of various formations! I mean 3rd down and 15 with 1 receiver? Really? Roman is TERRIBLE! He does not utilize all the talent on the roster!
this guy sucks balls

Or stacking all the receivers on one side of the field, allowing the defense to cover far less ground. I give up, f**k it, I'm done, I have no expectations for this team at this point and if Harbaugh doesn't handle the offensive playcalling situation, then he's clueless too. Its impossible for a pro offense to look this bad continually against quality opponents without inept playcalling having a huge role in it.

Just like the Rams did last season, Carolina was jumping the routes, they were sniffing plays out as if they had been in the huddle, it was horrible to watch.
The coaching staff needs to take away Colin Kaepernick's audible option as well! He's not ready for that! He often audibles into terrible plays!
Frank had 16 carries. When will this f**ker learn?
has Roman ever had a prolific passing offense ?
