Was Deion as a Falcon ever hated like Sherman was? Would you ever accept Sherman as a 9er?

Already having dinner with Kyle!

You wanna stick it to Sea...come to the bay, take the pay cut they wanted you to take and pick off Wilson a few times next season!!
I really hope we sign him if hes healthy. He wasnt only good because of Thomas, thinking that is just silly. We havent had a corner as good as him since Deion... I want a trash talker on this team.

I'm a "young" 49ers fan but as I understand it, Sherman's crimes amount to eating a turkey leg and talking some s**t, is that right? Doesn't seem so bad when compared to arrest for DV, etc.

If he improves the team, why not?
Basically people are mad because he ate a turkey leg on the field, which pissed off Jed. Its kind of how the Harbaugh friction started. Got tired of getting outcoached by Pete
There's a thin line between love and hate.
Pros:
-If he can still play at a high level, he's one of the best.
-He knows the D better than anyone
-He would be a vocal leader
Cons:
-Has he lost a step?
-Will he have a bad attitude if the team hits a rough patch.
Things I need to get over:
-His disrespect of our beloved franchise.
Ive been a fan for 42 years and to me, Sherman is more obnoxious than Sanders--he is such an overt d**k. Deion was cocky, but he is the best cover corner I have ever seen, and I have seen plenty. Sherman is good, but he's a different kind of player. Not sure if he can help us with the injury recovery, but if he somehow was close to 100% I would welcome him on the team and hope we double down in the draft on CBs.
I'd be OK with him as long as he wasn't the only move they made at CB. Still need another guy in case of injury or if he has lost a step and a rookie to learn the ropes.
Could he eventually move to FS if he's lost a step? I mean, mentor as a CB at first to Kello & another rook/FA then slide over to free safety...

I thought about that too. Like Rod and Charles, he seems Woodsonish to make it work.
If you don't want guys eating turkey on your field, don't fn lose on thanksgiving. If you don't want guys batting passes away stop throwing lame jump balls.

As exciting as the Harbaugh era was, they sure did struggle on the big stage. Two Thanksgiving games. Two losses.
Superbowl loss. (49ers DO NOT LOSE SUPERBOWLS!)
His brothers Ravens and the Seahawks were a thorn in Harbaughs side. ( and every 49ers fan)
