Was Deion as a Falcon ever hated like Sherman was? Would you ever accept Sherman as a 9er?

Never hated Deion. Didn't care for him with the Cowboys though.

Sure, we can use a quality CB. Come on down, Predator.
As a well known Sherman hater who resides in the Seattle area, this is a difficult question. Sherman is very much like Deion in that you just wish he would shut up as an opponent, but his home fans adore him. If he is willing to take a short term, incentive laden contract where he could earn big money if he performs on the field and doesn't disrupt our team chemistry, the Niners could use him. In Lynch and Shanahan we trust.

Only if your a sell out like Russell Wilson
I think he's be a great fit for this team for this year and beyond. If you believe in Ahkello as the future CB then Sherman's purpose is to win, to educate your young dbs, and to lead
Yeah, Dion was a outspoken douche bag then, very similar to Dick Sherman. But when I found out he signed with the Niners I was like, OK, we need him to win the Superbowl. Sure, I hated Sherman too, but I might as well admit it now, if he's healthy, I'm all in.

As exciting as the Harbaugh era was, they sure did struggle on the big stage. Two Thanksgiving games. Two losses.
Superbowl loss. (49ers DO NOT LOSE SUPERBOWLS!)
His brothers Ravens and the Seahawks were a thorn in Harbaughs side. ( and every 49ers fan)

I blame Baalke more than Harbaugh. How can you make a first round WR mistake like Baalke did with Jenkins. Man what a doofus mistake.

That Seattle team was a mess. We can't just point the finger at Sherm. Who knows what was going on behind the scenes.

Wagner also had a meltdown.

ET did also.

Baldwin has a mouth on him

That team had to many alpha males and made them lash out at each other.

That's my take on it anyway.
Just cut Jimmy Ward to save the cap space and to get Sherman that #25 jersey

As a defensive player, how could you not be a little bitter that your QB threw a pick from the 1 yard line on first down with a chance to win the Superbowl?
How can any 49ers fan want this guy on our team?????
I can't think of a rival player who disrespected our organization more than Richard Sherman.

One answer: he knows exactly where Wilson will toss the ball when the play breaks down; making that offense a bit more pedestrian.

Another: he's only 30, and could be a good two year rental until they find something better.

And last: he's not going to go ape and get himself arrested. A big plus given that guy the Rams traded for has some concerns and the other "Talib" is not as good as Sherman.
