ALL of this PRESSURE that he's putting on his team and himself will make them self destruct in the end.
Exactly, typically once players start proclaiming themselves the greatest they crack under the pressure. Sherman reminds me of Deangelo Hall in the early stages of his career after he shut down TO on MNF.
I can only imagine what he will want come contract time that will handicap the Hawks salary cap.
That's another thing; Sherman will want to be the highest paid player in the universe.

Richard Sherman isn't exactly eloquent, but he is a f**king beast at football.
As a fan of him at Stanford, I do wish he'd slow his roll a bit, but I also like his confidence

Deion was all world. Is that what you would like to call Sherman?

Sherman needs to get off the drugs and learn to play the cornerback position without holding and then talk. Guy is a disgrace to the game and constantly trash talking, guy may be a Stanford graduate and intelligent but he is making himself look like an idiot, can't wait until we play them next year and we will see how good he is.

despite your personal opinions about the guy, the first part of your statement is a bit on the ridiculous side.. if he indeed picked off a pass every game for 10 years he'd probably go down as the best corner to ever play the game...
as far as the rest of your post, i could post other vids of him when he's talking about his community and kids and his efforts there, but you don't want to hear about the other side of him, becasue it's much easier to hate him when he's on camera making an a** of himself every week.. he's a loud mouth , and egomaniac, whatever you want to call him, but off the field and away from all this media crap he keeps getting himself into, he's actually a good dude and does a lot for the kids in his community. unfortunately fans outside of Seattle will never know this because of these types of incident's...
That's the point. Nobody is forcing him into saying these things, he manufactures these "incident's" himself. Perhaps if he would close his mouth for a second we could put our focus on something besides his incessant trash-talk, like his work in the community.

Anybody that takes adderall to make them the greatest CB in the history of the NFL is only kidding themselves. Guy has to take drugs to play, that's model citizen right there. "Hey kids that's a great message. I'm here doing great things for you, but on the field I am using drugs and getting away with it." Great message to the kids.
When you are around kids of course your are going to be fake. Is sherman going to start s**t with a kid? Well... Maybe... but probably not. But when Sherman is in his big boy pants with adults his actual age, you see his true character. He is a child. You see it all the time not just one circumstance.

He is a loudmouth, lying, cheater...period. I would feel this way if he was a 49er. Adderall = greater focus and better play. The Hawks, as a TEAM, has a great defense. Sherman isn't s**t solo. Few players are and he's NOT one of them.

Sherman is a one year wonder. He blew up because he's roided up and the NFL let him (and Browner) get away with holding. Teams will scheme around those guys (3 slot receivers) like they scheme around everything, rendering this Douche neutral. (or neutered lol).
Bayless v. Sherman is really
Douche v. Doucherman
Notice how you can't say "Doucherman" without saying Sherman

Sherm was PO'd because Bayless said that he wasn't in the same league as Revis during a previous interview. Sherm wanted Skip to back up the opinion with facts and Skip couldn't do it. Lets get real here... Skip thinks Tebow is a freaking good QB!!!! (he has no credibility)
I take pride in the work that I do,and if someone questions my work ethic or performance, I take it personally. I think Sherm might of been over the top(so to speak) but I can't blame him for calling Skip out. Bayless calls players out all of the time when they are not there to defend themselves.,and doesn't think about the repurcussions of what will happen when the player gets on their show.
As far as Sherms self promotion goes.... Bad publicity is better than no publicity! When you play in Seattle, you have to take what you can get.We were labeled a high character team for a lot of years and it did squat for us. Now we have some guys that like to lay the wood and were called thugs!!!! I'll take the thugs over the choir boys anyday.
Anyone that says they would not want Sherm on their team because of his mouth are kidding themselves. The guy is good on and off the field. Any team would be instantly better if they had him on the roster.

Seattle fans really like what Sherm has done for the community. All of his talk is nothing more than trying to market himself(which all of us would do in his situation).I honestly believe that all of the Revis talk was a show of respect to him.Basically he is saying that to be the best, you have to be better than Revis. If i was Revis, would be thanking Sherm for keeping him in the spotlight and boosting his value.
